ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was remanded to judicial custody on 13.03.2021 for the offence under Section 399 of IPC, 8(c), 20(b) (II)(B), 29(1) Psychotropic Substance Act and 25 (1B)(b) of Arms Act in Cr.No.111 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that petitioner along with the othere accused were found to be in possession of 174 grams of Ganja. The petitioner is arrayed as A2 in the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are three previous cases, including one Ganja case, pending as against the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
