The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the Written Statement D.No.48531 of 2024 and Adoption Memo D.No.48532 of 2024 in C.S.No.196 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that they have no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
