O R D E R
This Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records made in Na.Ka.No.2073/A/2018 dated 06.08.2018 on the file of respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to continue his studies in the second year BA (Tamil Literature) in the respondent college.
2. While the Writ Petition came up for admission on 23.08.2018, this Court directed the respondent to permit the petitioner to continue his studies, upon undertaking to be given by the petitioner to the respondent that he will not indulge in any illegal activities affecting the interest of other students and the Institution. However, liberty was given to the respondent to hold enquiry and take action without reference to the pendency of the Writ Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent has produced a letter before this Court, dated 06.09.2018 from the respondent, wherein it has been stated that a Disciplinary Committee was formed to take action against the petitioner and that the petitioner was permitted to continue his studies from 30.08.2018, after receiving apology letter from the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that no further order is required.
5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of recording the facts narrated in the Writ Petition as no further order is necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
