Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for a direction for an early disposal of I.A.No.334 of 2014 in O.S.No.288 of 2014 on the file of District Munsif Court at Chengalpattu.

For Petitioner : Mr.S.Silambannan Senior Counsel for M/s.Profexs Association

O R D E R

This revision is filed for direction for disposal of I.A.No.334 of 2014 in O.S.No.288 of 2014 on the file of District Munsif Court at Chengalpattu.

2.It is seen that the respondent had instituted a suit against the petitioners and others for declaring the settlement deed dated 20.12.2012 as null and void and for permanent injunction. He also filed an application in I.A.No.334 of 2014 under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC praying for interim injunction. The Trial Court has granted interim injunction on 09.04.2014 and subsequently periodically extended the interim order.

3.Mr.S.Silambannan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is not entitled for the order of interim injunction and the petitioners have already filed their counter and they were ready for enquiry in the application. But the respondent with a view to prolong the litigation has filed another application in I.A.No.860 of 2014 for direction to the Inspector of Police, Kanathur Police Station to help for enforcing the order of injunction granted in I.A.No.334 of 2014. The learned counsel further submitted that the delay in disposal causes mental agony and hardship to the petitioners. 4.Considering the facts and the submission of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned District Munsif Court at Chengalpattu is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.334

of 2014 in O.S.No.288 of 2014, on merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 30.04.2015. 5.This civil revision petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
