ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give police protection for the dance programme to be held on 26.07.2016 at Sree Chelliamman, Sree Mariamman Temple, Villipakkam Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, based on the representation given by the petitioner on 30.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the representation dated 30.06.2016, given by the petitioner, summons were issued to the petitioner and on enquiry, the same has been closed, on the ground that the police have refused permission to the dance programme. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
