The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2015, in the light of the guidelines dated 03.01.2002 of the Chief Engineer/Personnel within a time frame fixed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by this Court and post the petitioner as Revenue Supervisor in Chennai Electricity Distribution Circle/Central. 2.

In this regard, the petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent on 27.05.2015.

In view of the limited prayer made in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent, namely, the Chief Engineer (Personnel), TANGEDCO, Chennai-2 is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the guidelines dated 03.01.2002, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 4.
