This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in crime No. 9 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner kidnapped the victim and raped her and further the threatened her family members. Hence the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the gravity of the offence and also it may require custodial interrogation of the accused person. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
