Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent, pertaining to the Advertisement Notification No.117-(Application Form for Grade II PC, JW and Fireman-2017) and the order of rejection XI (3) of the Advertisement Notification No.117 dated Nil and consequently direct the respondent herein to permit the petitioner (Application No.CR.414527) to participate in the Written Examination to be held on 21.05.2017 and all other subsequently tests without reference to the age limit.
