This application has been filed for production of documents. Ms.S.P.Arthi learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff as well as Mr.Solai Geethan, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd defendant have no objection for production of the documents subject to proof and relevancy. Hence, this application is ordered subject to proof and relevancy of the documents sought to be produced.

2. Registry is directed to post the suit before the learned Additional Master I, for continuation of evidence on 13.11.2017. The learned Additional Master I is directed to complete the evidence as expeditiously as possible at any rate, not later than 31.12.2017. Any adjournment shall not exceed three working days at a time.
