This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint (P2/044033/3406/15) dated 13.09.2015 and conduct the investigation in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is being conducted by the third respondent and that the petitioner was enquired, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

wherein the petitioner was asked to give certain documents, which he has agreed to produce.

In view of the above, the third respondent police shall proceed with the enquiry and take action in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to co-operate in the enquiry. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
