According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in HMOP.No.3600 of 2016 and the respondent has also filed a petition in HMOP.No.3592 of 2016 before the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai. Both the petitions have been filed for declaring the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent which was solemnized on 25.04.2016 at MPK Mahal, H39, 1st Avenue, 100 Feet Road, Ashok Nagar, Chennai as null and void. According to the revision petitioner, the respondent has not chosen to file counter

affidavit in the above HMOP filed by the revision petitioner with an intention of dragging on the proceedings before the court below. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for the aforesaid prayer.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the HMOP.No.3600 of 2016 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
