ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 27.02.2018, investigate the same and to file a final report before the competent jurisdictional Magistrate. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondent.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
