O R D E R

The petitioners seek bail in respect of Crime No.02 of 2020 registered against them under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been enlarged on statutory bail by the District Court, Nilgiris in Crl MP No.272 of 2020. Hence, this bail petition is dismissed as infructuous.
