Mr.P.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner was suspended from service on 24.09.2020 and according to him, his suspension order has not been reviewed by the respondent. Therefore, he made a representation dated 29.10.2020 and the same is pending before the respondent without consideration. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.
3. Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the respondent to consider the representation dated 29.10.2020 and pass orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
