COMMON ORDER Both the Criminal original petitions are filed by the same persons, who are ranked as Accused No. A6 and A7 in P.R.C.No. 15 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court - I, Chengalpattu.

2. The petitioners have been charged for the offences under Section 147, 148, 114, 302, 34 & 149 of I.P.C. and they have been secured under PT Warrant. It is stated that there are nine previous cases pending against the first petitioner and four previous cases pending against the second petitioner.

3. In the light of the statement made by the Additional Public Prosecutor and in the light of the prevailing situation, I do not think, it will be safe to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Hence, both the petitions are dismissed for the present.
