This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to register the case on the complaint dated 14.05.2015 given by the petitioner on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pallikaranai Polcie Station.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.
