O R D E R

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with P.R.C. No.1 of 2020 registered against him for the offence under Section 302 IPC.

2.It is a case of murder for gain. Three persons were killed. The petitioner is the second accused.

3.The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the case itself was cracked after eight years and after investigation by CBCID and the accused were arrested with great difficulty only on 22.11.2019. The bail petition of the third accused was also dismissed.

4.Hence, I do not see any reason to enlarge the petitioner on bail at present. Therefore, this bail petition is dismissed for the present. 20.04.2020 mkn To 1.The Inspector of Police, CBCID, Nagapattinam, Nagapattinam District.
