This criminal revision petition has been filed seeking to set aside the judgment made in Crl.M.P.No.1440 of 2017 before the Principal District Judge, Namakkal.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above revision petition with liberty to file a fresh Bail Petition before the Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal. To that effect, he has filed a memo dated 03.10.2018 before this Court. The said memo dated 03.10.2018, is taken on file.
