Mr.G.Ilamurugu, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner is before this Court and submits that O.S.No.155 of 2010 on the file of II Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, was dismissed on August 21, 2023. He further submits that the Revision Petitioner, who is the plaintiff in O.S.No.155 of 2010 has preferred an appeal. 2.The above submission is recorded.

3.In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer sought in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
