ORDER
The petitioner, Mr.K.Thirunavukarasu has been permitted to retire from service by the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchengode dated 31.1.2009 bearing Na.Ka.No.2159/07 (A). However, his grievance is that his services have not been regularised for the purpose of receiving pension. In this regard, the Tahsildar, Tiruchengode has also sent a proposal to the District Collector, Namakkal in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.21504/2005/A2 dated Nil.03.2013 that from 31.12.75 to 14.11.80 the petitioner had not suffered any punishment at all. Thereafter, the record shows that the Additional Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Revenue Administration has also sent a D.O.letter to the District Collector, Namakkal in Na.Ka.Estt.5 (2)/17645/2013 dated 9.5.2013 to take immediate action in the matter. taken. The petitioner has also given his representation on 15.7.2015. Finding no response, again he is constrained to come to this Court.
2. Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was allowed to retire from service by the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchengode dated 31.1.2009 and subsequently the proposal for regularisation of his services was also sent by the Tahsildar, Tiruchengode to the District Collector, Namakkal in Na.Ka.No.21504/2005/A2 dated Nil.03.2013 stating that the petitioner did not suffer any punishment during the relevant period, followed by yet another communication sent by the Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Revenue Administration dated 9.5.2013, the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.7.2015 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. For the said purpose, the petitioner is also directed to make a fresh representation along with a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
