Contempt Petition No.602 of 2019 case/D.No.200/2019 dated 29.08.2019 and submitted that the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.26551 of 2017 dated 11.01.2018 and 05.03.2018 has been complied with.

2. In view of the above submission, the contempt petition stands closed. However, the action taken will not preclude the parties for applying for separate connection for the common amenities excluding the unauthorised construction.
