O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.03.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 364 A, 307, 506(ii) and 394 of IPC altered in to Sections 364A, 307, 506 (ii) and 394, 224 of IPC and Sec 25(1) (a) of Arms Act, in Crime No.42 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is on 19.02.2020 at 6.15 pm., when the de-facto complainant had filling diesel on his Car at GST Petrol bunk, at that time one Radhakrishnan and other accused were came in a Car and they threatened the de-facto complainant and they forcibly kidnapping the de-facto complainant and demanding money from him with knife. Hence, this complaint. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not involved in the above alleged offence and he is no way connected with the offence as alleged by the prosecution and he did not commit any offence. Further he submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody for the past two months and hence, he seeks bail for the petitioner.
