This court has already directed a joint trial of HMOP No.505 of 2019 along with MC No.1 of 2021, which was originally pending as F.C.M.C. No.12 of 2019 on the file of Family Court, Chennai, and the same has been transferred to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, vide its order dated 22.08.2019 in Tr.C.M.P. No.545 of 2019. A reference to this order was made in a subsequent order passed in Tr.C.M.P. No.726 of 2021 dated 09.03.2022.
2. The learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, is now required to hold trial consistent with the order passed in Tr.C.M.P. Nos.545 of 2019 and 726 of 2021.
3. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
