Earlier, on 24.03.2023, this Court directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- p.m. to the fourth respondent as an interim maintenance.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner has not complied the directions issued by this Court on 24.03.2023.

3. Due to non-compliance of the order of this Court, the interim stay granted by this Court stands vacated and accordingly, W.M.P. No.9230 of 2023 is dismissed.
