This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 305 days in representing the above appeal against the order dated 05.03.2024 passed by learned District and Sessions Judge, Special Court under the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, Sessions Court for Exclusive Trial Bomb Blast and POTA Cases, Poonamallee, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.218 of 2024 in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2023

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
