ORDER

The petitioner seeks bail in respect of Crime No. 203 of 2019 registered against him under Sections 186, 97, 307 of I.P.C and 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii) © and 25 of NDPS Act, 1985.

2. The quantity of Ganja seized from the petitioner is 170 kilograms which is a commercial quantity and there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the requirements of the Section 37 of the NDPS Act are not satisfied in order to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

4. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to enlarge the petitioner on bail at present. Hence, this petition is dismissed for the present. 20.04.2020 kkn
