ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the Order dated February 27, 2023 passed in I.A.No. 2 of 2023 in O.S.No. 129 of 2011 on the file of Subordinate Judge at Poonamallee. 2.

Ms.M.Saral, learned Counsel for the revision petitioner and Mr.A.Ambedkar, learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 are before this Court.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.M.Saral, learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that the Original Suit itself has been Settled Out of Court, hence, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected CMP.No. 6915 of 2023 is closed. No cost.
