Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the third respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.07.2015 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

For Petitioner in both Crl.OP. :Mr.G.Ilamurugu For Respondents in both Crl.OP. :Mr.C.Emalias Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed praying to direct the respondent, not to harass the petitioner (in Crl.OP.18159/2015) and to direct the third respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.07.2015 (in Crl.OP.18161/2015).

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is seen that this petitioner had lodged a complaint against one Vadivelu and petition enquiry in pending in CSR.No.149 of 2015. Under such circumstances, it is alleged by the petitioner that, though he is the complainant, the Police are harassing at the instance of Vadivelu.

4. Taking note of the submissions, this Court directs the Police not to harass the petitioner and to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.149/2015 in a fair manner and take action in accordance with law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5. With the above directions, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
