The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Crime No.88 of 2020 registered against him for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 465, 468, 471, 420 and 506(ii) IPC.

2.The very same petitioner had filed Crl.O.P.No.5138 of 2020 and the same was listed before me on 15.04.2020 and was adjourned by three weeks to enable the Public Prosecutor to get instructions.
