The petitioner has filed this petition seeking quashment of an FIR in Cr.No.208 of 2018, on the file of the 3rd respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that during investigation in Cr.No.208 of 2018, investigation against the petitioner herein has been dropped and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
