This petition has been filed to substitute the proposed 10th petitioner as petitioner in the place of the deceased 4th petitioner i.e.T.Girija Sekaran in the main writ petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the causetitle and post the matter after two weeks.
