O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28285 of 2013, dated 07.07.2014.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent states that all the encroachers have been evicted and the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced the letter of the District Collector, Salem District in Roc.No.70427/2006/K4, dated 01.03.2017 addressed to the Government Pleader, Madras High Court, Chennai.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1, the contempt petition is closed.
