O R D E R

The petitioner seeks bail in respect of Crime No.45 of 2020 registered against him for the offences under Sections 468, 471, 409, 420 IPC r/w.

Section 34 IPC. The petitioner was arrested on 02.03.2020. 2.The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the other accused is absconding. The learned Public Prosecutor would oppose the grant of bail on the ground that the petitioner would hamper the investigation if he is released on bail and the fact that the other accused is absconding should also be taken into account. 3.In view of the same, I do not think it will be safe to enlarge the petitioner on bail at present. Hence, this bail petition is dismissed for the present.
