ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondents to forthwith defreeze the petitioner's Aadhaar -linked bank Account (A/C No. 17580100028440) and pan card (PAN No. BRIPB1743D) and to restore full banking facilites in Crime No. 123/2022.

On instruction, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the petitioner is the prime accused in crime No.123 of 2022. Now investigation has been completed and also final report has been filed. However, the petitioner is absconding till today. Further, the account number mentioned in the representation as well as the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition is not at all existing in any bank and the

petitioner is holding an account (No.3091 3044 278) in State Bank of India. Further, the petitioner is not holding any account with City Union Bank and the aforementioned account is not existing there. Therefore, this writ petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. 3.
