The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Crime No.101 of 2020 registered against him originally for the offences under Sections 294(b) and

307 IPC and altered to Section 302 IPC on the death of the victim. 2.A perusal of the FIR shows that specific overt act has been attributed to the petitioner and the investigation is not yet over. 3.The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was arrested only on 28.02.2020 and it will not be safe to release the petitioner on bail in the current situation.

4.In view of the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor and the fact that specific overt act has been attributed to the petitioner in the FIR itself, I do not think it will be safe to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the present situation.
