ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the complaint dated 27.05.2015 and register the FIR in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner has lent a sum of Rs.16,00,000/- to the opposite party by way of an agreement entered into between them in the year 2010. Even according to the complainant, the opposite party has returned only a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.1,00,000/-in the year 2013 and has not returned the balance amount. In the case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the FIR. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
