Both the learned counsel states that the writ petition challenges an order dated 15.03.2023 in which there is a schedule of fishing rights, with which the petitioner was aggrieved.

2. Pending writ petition, the earlier proceedings stand superseded vide proceedings dated 14.03.2024, which also contains a schedule of fishing rights with which the petitioner has no grievance.

3. Recording this, this Writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
