This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to suspend the sentence passed in Judgment in Spl.S.C.No.34 of 2020 dated 29.11.2023 on the file of the learned Full Additional Incharge Mahila Court, Peramballur convicting and sentencing the appellant/accused herein to undergo 20 years Rigorous Imprisonment for the offences under Section 5(I), 6 of POCSO Act and fine of Rs.50,000/- in default of payment of fine, rigorous imprisonment of two years and to undergo 2 years imprisonment for the offence under Section 506(i) IPC and enlarge the petitioner herein on bail, pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. An Endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed seeking suspension of sentence stands dismissed as withdrawn.
