When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions,submitted that investigation in the case in Crime No.72 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police has been completed and final report has also been filed in C.C.No.214 of 2012 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Villupuram, in which the petitioner has not been arrayed as accused.
