ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2017 within a stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents as per the order of this Court dated 15.06.2021, the petitioner has appeared before the 2nd respondent on 22.06.2021 and also appeared before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Krishnagiri on 23.06.2021 and submitted the documents in support of his complaint. He further submitted that the investigation is in progress and the final report would be filed within a period of three months.

3.In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2017 and file a final report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
