JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.5395 of 2022 IN CRL OP.20079 of 2021 MUNIRAM [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED NO.1 ] Vs STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, ALL WOMEN POLICE STATION, KRISHNAGIRI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.19 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.13015/2021 in Crl.OP.20079/2021 dated 10.12.2021 on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st week of Saturday of 2 months once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crime No.19/2021 on the file fo the respondent police station.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.13015 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20079 of 2021 dated 10.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while granting the Anticipatory Bail is relaxed in toto.
