This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police, to complete the investigation and to file a final report, in Crime No.531 of 2021, pending on the file of the respondent.
2. Heard Mr.N.Mahendra Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though First Information Report is registered in Crime No.531 of 2021, final report has not yet been filed.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not providing necessary documents and he is also not cooperating with the enquiry.
5. Petitioner is directed to provide necessary documents, as required by the Police, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondent shall file a final report, as expeditiously as possible.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
