Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, for a direction to the First Respondent to dispose off the representation dated 07.12.2018 submitted by the petitioner chartered accountant to process the GST TRAN credit amounting to Rs.33,28,709/- and issue any other writ or pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble High Court of Madras may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Mr.N.Murali, learned counsel for writ petitioner has filed a memo dated 14.06.2019, which reads as follows: MEMO 'It is submitted that the as per the order dated 26.03.2019 of this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner appeared before the Nodal Officer and filed the order dated 26.03.2019. The Nodal office has served a communication dated 29.03.2019 on the petitioner stating that the issue has been referred to GSTN (Goods and Service Tax Network) and the decision is under process. Therefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may take on record of the above submissions and pass orders thereon and thus render justice.'
2. Mr.A.P.Srinivas, learned Senior Standing counsel (IT) on behalf of all three respondents is before this Court.
3. Adverting to the aforesaid memo and the annexures thereto, learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that this writ petition can be disposed of as closed. Recording the memo, as the writ petitioner's prayer has since been acceded to, Writ petition is disposed of as closed. No costs.
