The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are five previous cases against the petitioner of which two cases are under the NDPS Act. He would also submit that the petitioner is a regular dealer in Ganja.

2. Hence, I do not find it will be safe to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the prevailing situation.
