Heard the submissions made by Mr.B.Vijay, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

2.The petitioner, who is the defendant in O.S.No.203 of 2012 instituted by the respondent before the District Munsif, Ambattur, has filed this Civil Revision Petition praying for early disposal of the suit in a time frame. 3.Mr.B.Vijay, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was instituted in the year 2012 and the petitioner has filed his written statement on 12.08.2012 and when the suit was posted in the special list, the respondent / plaintiff filed an application under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Civil Procedure Code to implead the proposed parties. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner has no serious objection for allowing the application. Even then, the respondent has been unnecessarily prolonging the litigation and in view of the pendency of the case, the petitioner is not able to enjoy the properties peacefully.

5.Considering the facts of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned District Munsif, Ambattur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.203 of 2012, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.08.2015.

6.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
