Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of rejection passed in proceedings in Pa.Mu.1116/2015 (A1) dated 17.07.2015 on the file of the respondent, quash the same and direct the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner's son T.N.Kanishkar that he belongs to "Kurumans (ST) community" based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner which was verified by the State Level Scrutiny Committee Proceedings No.18853/CVIII/2014 dated 05.01.2015. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) Challenging the proceedings of the respondent dated 17 July 2015 and for a direction to the respondent to issue community certificate to her son, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that community https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

certificate was already issued to the petitioner's son on 06 February 2016 and the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to the following effect: "Community certificate already issued on 06.02.2016. Hence writ petition prayer become infructuous. May be permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition."
