ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Petitioner has filed the instant writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents, to investigation to the affairs of the Kanai Panchayat Union, Kanai in Villupuram District with reference to the various schemes of the State and Central Government Funding during the period from 2012 - 2018 and consequently, issue necessary direction to initiate an appropriate action as against the officials of the 3rd respondent Panchayat Union and the 5th respondent.

2. Mr.S.Udaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court, to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Permission is granted. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No leave is granted, to file a fresh writ petition on the very same grounds. No Costs.
