Learned counsel for the respondents / defendants would submit that the certified copy of the complaint filed before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) in Complaint No.35 of 2010 can be marked as an Exhibit. But, however, he admitted that the said documents have been filed along with the plaint. In view of the same, the respondents cannot raise objections for receiving the documents as sought for in A. No.1912 of 2023. However, it is made clear that even if the documents are received, the said documents are allowed to be received by this Court subject to its admission, proof and relevancy. Accordingly, A.No.1912 of 2023 is allowed as prayed for and the documents disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this application is allowed to be received and marked as Exhibits subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.
