On a perusal of records it is seen that the two earlier applications filed by the petitioner before this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.23248 of 2023 and 442 of 2024 were dismissed on merits vide order dated 10.10.2023 and 26.02.2024 respectively. Further the bail petition filed before the Mahila Court, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.1119 of 2023 was also dismissed on 23.08.2023. However, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
