This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to enquire the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.06.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and register an F.I.R., for the offence committed by Mr.S.Dharani and 4 others.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that this petitioner had entered into an agreement dated 04.12.2010 with the opposite party for purchase of land. Now, it is alleged by the petitioner that the said land is acquired by the Highways Department. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.
